I don't think I've ever heard of a Warped Tour selling out.

They sold out regularly like 2002-2006, with that being said according to fb a few of the shows have sold out this year so far.

From what I heard you can stand in the area next to the stage beside the gate to watch one band (not on stage), they have someone from MSL take you there and then you get priority access to MSL signings.

oh you're not on stage? That's a bummer. I really wanted to get backstage (on the stage).

Me too, I've never actually seen them live before

It will be my 2nd time seeing them (saw them in 2010 on main stage). They put on such a good show! You'll enjoy it. Plus, if you miss them at warped, they're touring with The Chariot, letlive., and Kills and Thrills (;

Im going next Saturday in Tinley Park with some friends. I'm also going on Tuesday the 10th in Indianapolis because my fiancee couldn't get off work for the Saturday show...Needless to say I'm going to be exhausted and sunburned to death haha.

I've been to the STL, Tinley Park, Indianapolis, and the Milwaukee stops in the past. My favorite stop is actually the Indianapolis date though cuz there isn't as much people as the other stops and there's a good amount of grass/shade. The Tinley Park stop is just SO crowded every year.

How was the STL date? That's where I'm going.

Would you happen to know if they have one of those areas where they can keep backpacks for you?

For anyone who has been to a Scranton Warped tour, what's the venue like?

Alot of people don't like it cause everything is spread out really far apart, but I really like it because its surrounded by the mountains so there are some really cool views and stuff like that....particularly the scene behind the main stage. The only thing that is lame is this walking bridge you have to take to get to one part from the other always is stuffed and has a really long line.

Hasn't the SF date been known to sell out pretty consistently too?

The STL one is cool. 2 years ago, they had a tent where you paid and they watched your bag all day and you had to pick it up by 6pm. I don't remember for sure but I think it was 5 bucks. Last year, I didn't buy anything there so I don't know if they had it there last year

When they actually do it in San Francisco (instead of at the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View), it sells out every year.

This year there were 21,000 people there and the lot was the size of one city block. Ridiculously crowded.

Motionless In White got bumped up to Kia Rio. Yellowcard isn't playing today so Sleeping With Sirens got bumped up to Kia Soul along with Skinny Lister opening that stage as usual.

Any specific downsides?
And is it pretty crowded?

Sorry about the questioning. First time going here, and it's like 5 1/2 hours away so I gotta know how early to get there to beat the crowd.

I've been to the STL date twice and am going again this year. It's a good setup, it's around an ampitheatre so it's not all sprawled out. There's plenty of grass and shade to chill out in, and the way it's set up means that you see a lot of band members walking around to get from stage to stage. The non-ampitheatre stages (including mainstage) are on asphalt which is hot as balls, but it's not really possible to not get hot at warped anyway, so fuck it. The crowd isn't as big as it would be in cali or chicago, but everyone is generally pretty well-natured and helpful. A few too many crowd surfers, but there always people (usually my friends) who keep the moshpits from getting out of hand and pull people out if they get sucked in and don't want to. You'll have a good time.

Why didn't Yellowcard play? This worries me.
