Framing Hanley has launched a Kickstarter to fund its new album and music video. The band is looking to get $40,000, to be funded within the next 28 days, and the collection is currently just over $18,000.
I have nothing against kickstarter and think its actually a pretty cool idea. But c'mon. Some of those options. $2,500 to name one bloody song? A song that will probably be forgotten about in a couple years time? $2,500? That's mental.
I remember this band's name as being one of the worst thing's I've ever heard on a music channel. I flicked over and I was speechless. I am not one to come on here just to post negativity - I understand that bands are trying hard to make a living out of it, but nothing I'd seen of these suggests they're doing it for anything else other than $$$. Words cannot describe!
