Sorry that you're missing out. My favourite tracks so far are probably Russian House DJ, One for the Ozarks, and Just When You Thought It Was Over. Whole album is a jam though.

I'm not sure how you've discovered the people from Mixtapes are "douchebags" but, purely from the outside looking in, I don't see it.

I'm not listening to the stream - I'm waiting for a physical copy - but I've liked everything else from these guys. Consider me excited.

I can understand you not liking the release, but labeling it as "not your kind of music" makes you sound like a douche.

Give something a chance before you knock it. Even if you do knock it, don't act like you know the band enough to say they are douchebags.

I don't know all of them, but Ryan and Maura are probably some of the most down-to-earth genuine people ever.

Plus, Ryan sure can shred.

I've heard the band. "Not my kind of music" was a poor choice of words. I don't really define my taste by genres. I should have just said "I don't care for this band".

Agree with the review.

Music is nothing special to me. I dig some of the lyrics and the overall theme though. Ill give it a few more listens.
