Pretty much this. That Sean Parker quote really did them in for me. This is even a feasible complaint, but I can't really take much of what they say seriously anymore.

Yeah, I never said they were whining. I actually think they could win something like this. Although they will probably settle.

Having said that, these guys are getting painfully annoying with all these bullshit stories. I can't even listen to them anymore.

Not trying to pick a fight, I honestly don't understand how a legit lawsuit could make someone stop listening to an artist's music.
