Half the time I think people with this sleep schedule are just lazy bastards
My theory is if you spend enough energy I. The day you should have no problems nodding off at 11pm max.
Everyone I know who claims they have "insomnia" is usually someone doesn't do any form of exercise. Ever.
I start work 6 days a week at 6am and go for jogs in the arvo and I'm rooted at about 10pm each night
Obviously there's a few medical cases. But most people are just bums who need to pull their finger out
Exercise certainly does help but it doesn't make for an instant cure for everybody. Melatonin, Lunesta, Ambien... all do absolutely nothing for me. If some of the strongest and most popular sleeping drugs don't even make me tired, I don't think working out is going to make me pass out. Then again, I actually have a diagnosed disease that causes chronic fatigue and difficulty falling and staying asleep, so that's my excuse.
Also, what's wrong with having a later sleeping schedule, anyways? For me personally, I'm still up the same amount of hours as anybody. I just stay up late. I like it. My friends would always shit on me for it and I don't see the big deal. It doesn't affect me to sleep in. I personally enjoy staying up late, just hanging on my computer listening to music or whatever. The fuck am I going to do in the morning if I don't have work or school?
