Bands like "Listen and Forgive" Transit, Stay Ahead of the Weather, Into It. Over It. etc. I don't usually ask for recs, but I've been on such a fix lately.

Not sure I have heard of the bands that you have listed but emo circa 1990 is my favorite genre.

Appleseed Cast, Texas is the Reason, Braid, Mineral and Penfold would be good starting points. If you need more, post back.

I liked some modern interpretations of that genre on goodcore records - hopewood & the goodbye kiss for example.
