It sounds like, from the previews, they made the right decisions on which to keep off the album. Dahlia really doesn't fit with the rest of the record, and Teenage Rebellion - due to its pace - would have been really weird placed anywhere other than the end. As a closer I think National Anthem is a lot stronger.

Is there a Deluxe Edition of the physical album or is this only on iTunes? Because, good god damn, I don't want to buy this on iTunes.

The bonus tracks are covers. That's why they sound that way and why they aren't on the regular edition

just downloaded the album from itunes here in aus.. blue dahlia is fantastic, sliver sounds exactly the same as nirvana and ofcourse you got lucky is a sweet cover..

we got the making of handwritten video instead of teenage rebelion

I thought they were but Blue Dahlia is an original song. Sliver is by Nirvana and You Got Lucky is by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers. I think Teenage Rebellion is original too but it's an iTunes only track.
