Album title decided on, apparently, figured the thread could be made.

After reaching their Kickstarter goal of 10,000 dollars back in May, Oceana decided upon Matt Goldman as the producer for their upcoming album, the long awaited follow up to 2009s birth.eater. The 2010 EP Clean Head saw a huge departure stylistically for the band and the new album is said to be even more of a departure. As you can plainly see, my anticipation for this album is insanely high. They're in the studio as we speak

bummer. Clean Head was a lot better than their pre-Head shit. i like his voice for the most part. hopefully it'll be devoid of the xxScreamsxx.

how would you know if it holds up after 2+ years if you've only been listening to it for 3 months....i mean, i think it holds up but its all just a matter of opinion so....

i mean do you think it's as strong as you thought it was when it came out? i probably won't listen to it again whereas when it was released I enjoyed it a bit.

maybe it'll be ACB's Hell or High Water caliber.

i think that Joy and Barricuda are definitely as good as i thought they were, if anything Blue and Wool God have kind of cooled on me but as a whole I think it holds up pretty well. i don't really blame you for thinking differently though, it was only four songs and they've been out for over two years now. Easy to see why it cooled on you.

Hell or High Water is a great album, though I think it's their worst, but I'm a sucker for that metalcore shit they were doing at first, kinda like how I'm still a sucker for birth.eater
