I'm going to be sitting down with Ryan from Yellowcard shortly to talk about the new album and all that -- I also wanna include some questions from you guys, so if you've got anything you want me to ask -- drop a note in the replies.
Do you think that the hiatus was needed to be able to put out WYTTSY and Southern Air within two years? Do you feel you could've written them without the hiatus/change in label or did the return really push the band that much?
Is the song Ten truly about a child that you and a significant other lost? If so, why has it been so long since the subject matter has appeared on a record?
Most of your albums are best played during the summer with windows rolled down. Have you ever considered making an album that was meant for another season? Winter, maybe?
also, we are big fans so can you give me and my girlfriend a hug?
Is there a song you're dying to play live but never have? - Excluding the new album (I know its a stretch considering how many tours you've been on..)
What was the urge to do the vocal collaborations this time? There weren't really any on the past records if at all.
Natalie Maines is the only one I can think of.
Two questions from me:
1. Will he ever release the last 9 Big If demos in decent quality?
2. Does he ever wish the band continued with the direction of Lights and Sounds?
Hi guys! Is there any possible way you could let the fans pick out a few songs for your US fall tour setlist? And will Mackin ever take the lead again in a song, similar to twentythree?
While at Warped this year, I saw you had a tattoo of Darth Sidius. I'm assuming you are a Star Wars fan? What inspired you to get that tattoo and what are some of your other favorite tattoo's that mean something to you/your music.
