Why do you all hate him so much? Honestly, if it's because of what went down with ETF, then that's ancient history. Both bands have put it behind them, and all the fans should too. If it's because of his previous jail sentence, then I don't really know what to tell you. Personally, I think that he's sorry for what happened in the past and that he turned his life around pretty well. You have to at least give him credit for staying clean after prison. As for this most recent arrest, we don't know what happened. "Domestic assault" can be anything from a shove or a slap that was a little too hard to what Chris Brown did. I HIGHLY doubt that this is as bad as everyone makes it out to be. He wouldn't get a misdemeanor for beating a woman. Do I condone domestic abuse? Of course I don't. What he did was wrong, no matter how minor it might turn out to be. But do I think there's more to this story? Definitely. This society has a ridiculous double standard when it comes to men and women, and if this was the other way around, it most likely would have never been reported. I'm positive he's not the monster people are trying to make him out to be. To say that you hope someone goes back to jail and stays there for the rest of his life, when you don't know the full story? That would make you the monster.
