It seems weird to me that naming your band after two last names (Simon & Garfunkel) is great, but naming your band after two last names (Guns N' Roses, after Tracii Guns and Axl Rose) is bad. Just saying.

Guns is not his real name. he obviously changed it in an attempt to seem cool. beside the point, though. it's just not an attractive name to me. nothing against the band, but i don't think the name is all that great. Garfunkel, on the other hand, is just so freaking stupid sounding that it's awesome instead.
