The Cab Goes Major, Signs To Universal Republic The Cab has signed to Universal Republic Records.
Message from the Band When our band first started, we began a fairy tale that seemed too good to be true. We collaborated with our idols on Whisper War, toured with our favorite acts, and every day held something better than the last. But when it came time to make our second album, things didn’t really transpire how we envisioned. It was one of those moments when you take a long look in the mirror and see what you are made of. For us, giving up wasn’t an option. We decided that no matter what it took, we were going to find a way, continue on our journey, and follow through on our promises to our fans. The release of Symphony Soldier was a very proud moment, and the reception it has been given is staggering. On this album, we’ve been able to visit new countries, play in front of countless fans, and heard our songs blasting in shopping malls, supermarkets, and car radios around the world. And now it’s time for the next step in our musical adventure.
We are proud to announce that we have signed with Universal Republic Records. We are honored and thrilled to be welcomed into a family of some of the most talented and inspiring artists in the business. This is the start of an amazing relationship and we can't wait to see where it takes us. We have worked for years to get to this point and are overjoyed to be apart of the most brilliant and powerful label in the industry. This opportunity will help us spread the word and music of The Cab to even more people not only here in America... but everywhere else in the world. We are only just getting started. We would like to thank everyone at the label for their support, but most all, our fans for staying with us every step of the way. It’s because of you, we never gave up, and are able to do what we love most. And yes... a new label means a new album. Just wait until you hear what we have in store...

As long as they release singles as strong as the ones off Symphony Soldier; with some major label backing(and their badass management) they'll definitely break through into the mainstream radio world.

Depends, They pushed Anberlin hard onto rock radio and got them a #1 Billboard single. Anything could happen
