The new song is a huge step up from their previous work, so I'm pretty excited for the album.

It would have been ruined if someone who knew (but didn't have it planned to exclusively release the news) announced it before.

That's assuming you're referring to the signing and stuff.

it wasn't confirmed, but some guy was like..."It has to be Major League because they said they were announcing that they signed and new album and song info."

Its not a big deal really, but if AP didn't create a hype thread before the thread announcing the 'exclusive' signing, it would have more magnitude imo.

for the record, it wasn't a hype thread. I made the thread about the upcoming signing before we were even asked to premiere it. We would have made that news post for any label teasing a new signing.
