So youre either implying that a) they knew the company they went with has a bad track record from the beginning but didnt care because it was cheaper, despite you having no evidence of this, or b) that none of the above is true, but they should have foreseen these circumstances and done something magical to thwart them. Neither is reasonable. It's not reasonable to say it's your fault and it's not reasonable to say it's the bands fault. I sure as hell hope youre not implying you deserve their product for free when it does arrive. Your logic is flawed.

I was about to say...it's topspin media that's handling this, not Circa directly. But I've heard in the past that Topspin are terrible, so what I want to know is why they still went with them.

My record hasn't arrived yet either. I'm definitely not pissed about it though- shit happens. As long as it comes as soon as they're able to get it to me I'm good. Only issue im having is I've been doing my best to not listen to the album until its physically in my hands, and that's proving to be difficult cause I wanna hear it! Haha

You're being the stupid one here. It's not ALL in the third parties hands. The band (like labels) should plan accordingly in case something goes wrong. Get your stuff to the plant earlier and don't charge people money for something you're going to be this late on. It doesn't effect me cause this album sucks but it's

You think they should essentially pay two companies to follow through with manufacturing (back up plan). You think they didnt follow proper protocol in accordance to how soon they "shipped to the plant." And on top of that, now the product should be free of charge. Yeah okay....

I'm implying that I shouldn't have been charged until my product was shipped. Like every other website does when you pre-order something.

There was more to your last post than that but, I understand what you said in this post. I would maintain that it makes no difference if you pay for something now or later if you are to own it. I guess thats sort of an opinion.
