Just another random poll. I did this with early 2000 pop punk songs and it was a fun discussion. My Friends over you won (or is winning?) by 4 votes over The Best Of Me. ( http://www.absolutepunk.net/showthre...802&highlight= favorite+of+these+songs )

Just wondering which of these songs from 2000-2004 (with the exception of Scottie Doesnt Know) you enjoy more, or which has a special place in your heart

Personally I think theyre all classics. I was ambivalent with Bouncing Off the Walls or Memory by Sugarcult and I Woke Up In A Car or Punk Rock Princess because I dont really know which people dug more. I was gonna pick Memory and I Woke Up In A Car because they were more poppier, but the other songs seem to be more successful for the bands (from what I looked up). I decided since I knew either way people were going to give me shit, to do both!

Disclaimer: Obviously you could pick many different songs for this poll, and Im sure therell be many people who want different songs by some of these bands, or different songs in general, but these are the ones I picked, so get over it...



Edit: Also fun fact that I stumbled upon to is that every single track minus Flavor Of The Weak, Scottie Doesnt Know, and Absolutely are the third track of their respective albums. And those three other songs are all the second track of their respective album.

The Middle wins easily. Jimmy Eat World is one of my favorite bands, and that was the song that got me into them. Swing Swing is a close second though.

Swing Swing. One of the first songs I learned how to play on guitar. Still love that song to this day.

It was between The Middle and Memory for me. I went with The Middle because for some reason there are two choices for Sugarcult, and Bouncing Off The Walls is one of the most annoying songs that I've heard. Probably would've chosen Memory otherwise.
