Muse Smash in F-Bomb To Set

Posted by - 09:07 AM on 10/02/12
So, the iTunes festival asked Muse to not curse during their set since it was a charity event. Muse, being Muse, found a way to add an F-bomb in their song anyway ... you can watch the video in the replies, around the 43:20 mark.

Fuck the F-Bomb, this performance deserves a news post itself.

EDIT: It's also around the 1:14:40 mark...

no one tells muse what to do! I've seen a couple of videos where they do the same thing when they were asked not to curse. My favorite is when they switch intruments cause the t.v. show they were on asked them to lip sync

This is kind of strange because in all of the interviews I've read with Muse they never seem to swear. For a rock band, they seem very well-mannered. I bet if nobody had mentioned anything about swearing, they wouldn't have done anything.

They've done stuff like this before, you should check out their performance of "Uprising" where they were asked to lip sync and decided to switch instruments and not even pretend to follow the backing track.

Shouldn't have tried to be edgy right after Death Grips set the bar of being edgy.
