Honest question, who/what determines if an album is a 2x LP? Is it strictly to make more money?

They'll make some nice change pressing 1500 of each at $22 a pop.

I didn't think War All The Time needed to be either. There are 3 songs on a side.

The TSL Early Times vinyl is being released on DTR/ShopRadioCast and I'm assuming this is too?
