Current PSU student here, I haven't heard them play Some Nights, but they do play We Are Young every now and then. It's the only song I've heard that even the Blue Band can't make interesting.

Sorry OU, but The Best Damn Band In The Land is far superior!

Side note: At a skull session before the game a couple years ago, the OSU band played the "Hide your kids, hide your wife" song.

They pipe in the actual recording of Some Nights every so often. Not the Blue Band though.

i'm a current student too, pretty sure i've heard them do a snippet of the beginning. they've completely killed "we are young" by playing it so damn often though.

Heh. Just like the real song! Actually I never liked We Are Young and it's been forever ruined in any format due to it's overplayed-ness.
