This is the biggest example that I can think of, in terms of electoral politics and stuff. Smaller bits of it seem to be bubbling up in lots of places, though.

That has to be a pretty loose, relative use of "legitimate political face". The EDL are vainglorious football hooligans and generally recognised as such.
