Really cool interview. I always like these.

Side-note: I think it's sad and crazy that people work for sites like this and others for free. I did it for a while as well as wrote for some big magazines for next to nothing (mainly just to build experience and do something I enjoyed). I would say it was one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had watching people make money off my own hard work while I got nothing but some free mp3's. Ultimately anyone working for free should start their own site and build their own brand. Look at POZ I'm sure he could have worked at ap instead he built his own brand and now he is making the money. Take notes kids that's the way it is done.

Nice dude! Yep, I'm in my fourth year and finishing up next semester. Was born in Ohio and raised in Northern Michigan, but ended up going to Western for the voice department. That whole thing kind of fell apart, so I took a different direction and now I'll be getting two degrees instead of one.

But its a pretty cool place. A bunch of very rich and lively venues downtown.
