Same here. It's charm and unique gameplay made it a game ahead of its time. With some modern updates, it would be a great game.

Naturally, the undertones in that game are ridiculousness. It's crazy how personal it feels. It's just one of those things makes it stand the test of time.

Half-Life is the obvious answer.

I am shocked to see such love for battlefront... played two of those and thought they were awful. Lousy online play compared to other similar games such as bf1942. The Star Wars game that should come out, but won't, is another Jedi Knight game. For the record: jk2 and jk3 had great single player. However, MP lightsaber combat was only really interesting in JO. JA was deplorable and all of the talent left. FF Guns ctf was the only aspect of JA worth playing online. It's weird that such a large portion of modders helped to ruin the online community. It was painful to deal with those people and the kids who adored that shit.
