Seconded. I just wish I could get myself to do this haha every few months I'll have a week or two where I run the treadmill for 30 mins daily, feel fucking great once I'm off for 10 mins and get a shower, but I always start getting lazy within a month and just stop :\. The whole endorphins thing really is true and not a myth though, which is why I do not recommend working out before bed or you'll be wired and wanting to do stuff on a good mood xD
Ugh it's so not true for me. Maybe long term, like I'm usually feeling the endorphins the next day and I'm all hyped up but I have to exercise/run like two hours before bed cause I shower and eat and I knock the fuck out.
