It's weird because so many teams have a solid QB or a young QB that they're likely to hold on to. Kansas City, Arizona, and Philadelphia would seem to be the only ones with a decent supporting cast and a hole at QB. I doubt the 49ers would be inclined to send him to Arizona, and KC seems likely to end up with Geno Smith. Buffalo would be another team that might think about it, but I'd think they'd be more likely to go after Barkley or another young QB in the draft. Philly probably makes the most sense because they aren't really that far from contention with a healthy O-line (some upgrades in that department would be good, along with the safeties) and a new (and hopefully competent) coaching staff in place.
