Atreyu is a somewhat succesful band so Victory wants to show off the fact that Atreyu was on the label.

I saw this coming when they changed their sound,

Taking Back Sunday and Thursday are still there, too. Hawthorne Heights also are, but I'm not sure what the whole situation with them is. I imagine Victory still has some rights to releasing those bands' music.
