sounds like quite the opposite to me. what i read of the article said he works on new material all the time. yeah, today he doesn't have an album planned, but I'd say it's a safe bet that he'll come up with at least 12 great ideas that will become an album eventually.

personally tho, i can listen to any of the old outkast records and that shit will never get old.
