Without Sturgis' magic this band is even more boring.

A Small Spark Vs. A Great Forest
This was better than I expected, but it's still nothing great. Mixing sounds pretty eh, and it's quite forgettable.

i really appreciate that the vocals aren't soo heavily effect-drowned and it's not just 100% in his high register. not really my favorite music but this bands always been fun to listen to.

I love this kind of music but its been so over saturated. only a few "metalcore" records i can listen to that sound new and fresh, and this sure isn't one of them.

decent production + no highly processed vocals = finally a listenable chugchug metalcore song. we'll see if it's too soon to call it a step in the right direction or not

indie sounding lyrics here
whether Kyle is a good singer or not (personally I dont really care for him) they need to lose him, and get someone new. He honestly sounds like garbage live, and has terrible stage presence. Not to mention his attitude is extremely douchey.

It's like Meow-Schwitz in here.
Me 4 years ago really enjoyed this band's debut album. Everything they have done since has been terrible, including this.

Don't kill all the beautiful things
Kyle's vocals are definitely better now without the over-production. Good band with an always positive message, looking forward to their new album.
