To anybody interested, he was watching TV this morning at a friends and just passed out. They thought he was napping but a bit later they found out he passed away. He was telling me how he was suffering from seizures and blacking out just last month. He's randomly fallen in to the hospital for it. This sucks so much. We were getting this week too and I was just with at NFG on Friday :'(

Based on responses to his death on Twitter he either managed a lot of tours for a milliion bands or he just knew a shit ton of people.

Wasn't familiar w/ the guy, but RIP to him and condolences to all who knew him.
