CS/MTB tour??

It's a US tour. The date has been announced in my area in Florida for about a week now, ha.

Minus the Bear has toured with amazing acts through the years (Thursday, mewithoutYou, Cursive, Portugal the Man, to name a few) and adding Circa Survive to the list will be awesome.

At the same time, Circa Survive has also toured with amazing bands (Thursday again ha, Balance and Composure, Touche Amore, Rise Against, Saves the Day, to name a few).

This pairing makes sense and is awesome, but I'm just as stoked to see Circa Survive and United Nations this week.

I've heard rumors of Pianos Become the Teeth joining in on this MTB/CS co-headliner, but I'm not sure how accurate that is. PBTT are trying to reach new audiences and change their sound up a bit, so it makes a lot of sense.

This pre-news is making me pre-cum.

They're co-headlling the Idobi Meltdown festival with Circa Survive... that's my guess.

So, I'm a bit late to the party and have never listened to Minus The Bear....where should I start?

Oh man, if that rumor is true, my friend is going to be so stoked. Circa Survive and Pianos are his two favorite bands, with Minus the Bear top five as well. Also, Pianos put on one of the shows I've ever seen.

Menos El Oso was what got me into them. A good representation of past and present.

My favourite album by them is Omni, but most would disagree. Honestly start from their first album and go forward.. shows how the band evolves and I think every album gets better and better.
