ATP is a joke of a site, everything I see ap post from these guys are just stupid. I'm sure this comes off as mad, but I'm not- just rolling my eyes when I see bands like "The Summer Set" when there are MUCH better/bigger/cooler bands coming out with new jams this year.
Those bands you are referring to probably don't fit what ATP!'s demographic listens to. Every site is different. AP.net just happens to cover mostly every genre in the "scene"
Alter The Press has really go down hill over the last year or so. It used to be good site with plenty of variety and covered bands that you weren't covered on other sites. Since the whole "AbsoluteVoices" thing, it's changed so a more mainstream site that now covers stuff like Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran.
Perhaps the direction changed? Or fans wrote in for a different demand?
