smoked gouda is delicious omg. generally I am more of a fan of savoring the cheese as a main flavor rather than just sprinkling it on top of something tho
i definitely do this sometimes. once i started buying block cheese i never went back to processed individual slices. it's cheaper and its aged better so the flavor is stronger, bologna and cheese became my favorite snack once i started buying Cabot cheese blocks.
only at Ihop for me. and that's only because they don't have Red Hot there. haha.
