So they raised $96,000 from fans to fund a project that the fans didn't know that they were funding? I get that they're offering refunds but it seems lame to make the fans go get their money back themselves. Also, the money is probably spent already. What if they have to refund $80,000 and can't?

We did know what we were funding. We were funding a new album. And that's what they used the money for. But the new album is going to be released under the new project which some fans may not support
