I looked at the setlist for the download festival, looks as if Jimmy Eat Worlds new album is going to be heavy. Queens of the Stone Age are there too, who share producers with Jimmy Eat World's new album. it looks like Jimmy Eat World's fans are in for a surprise.

The new songs on YouTube don't sound like they're going to be heavy at all.. I mean they're acoustic but still. Don't think they're going to be that heavy...

Agreed. I'd love to see them again.

Fingers crossed for a Copenhagen show but I won't hold my breath.

One of the most boring, predictable live bands on the planet.

It's too bad they didn't do a Bleed American tour, the Clarity show was killer.

They did some shows, but nothing full-scale, unfortunately. Consider yourself lucky! :)

No way, they are a fantastic live band. Each tour is pretty different.

How many times have you seen them?

I want to see them haha

Is it just the headliners that can't do any other dates (as per contract agreements etc.)?

Who plays a festival has nothing to do with how a band sounds. It's called variation.
