Actually I'm pretty sure Less Than Jake played all their albums live before Coheed did. They released it on dvd as the Anthology.

Really bummed to see that no one has mentioned my favorite 2003 release.

2003 was the best year of music in the '00s. It's crazy how many of my favorites are celebrating 10 anniversaries this year.

The first full album tour I can remember was Alkaline's 'Goddamnit' tour in 2006. I can't remember if that was before or after LTJ'S.

The Mars Volta did it on their first record in the summer of '03. I don't recall it being billed as the full album tour but they played it straight through. I'm sure bands did it before then, though.

Damn. I forgot how good of a year that was for music.

I agree with all of the selections, but AFI's "Sing The Sorrow" needs to be added to the list.
