Huntington Beach based independent label No Sleep Records has announced plans to release Minneapolis trio Now, Now’s beloved
Neighbors EP in a deluxe vinyl format for the first time ever on Record Store Day, April 20, 2013.
Now, Now’s deluxe edition of
Neighbors will include the original
Neighbors EP released in 2010 as well as the
Neighbors: The Remixes released in 2011, both on one deluxe LP for the first time, with beautiful die cut artwork.
In celebration of Record Store Day, there will be a limited edition of 500 copies available on clear mint green vinyl at participating Record Store Day indie retailers.
Called “ultimately charming and thought provoking” by
Rock Sound,
Neighbors was Now, Now’s third EP, a pivotal release in the band’s impressive catalog, which was followed by their critically heralded full-length
Threads, which was named one of
NPR Music’s top 50 releases of 2012.
Having wrapped up select dates as direct support for indie rock luminary Bob Mould, Now, Now are currently on tour with Minus The Bear and Circa Survive through the end of March and will hit the road again in April on a co-headline run with The Lonely Forest. Dates are listed below.
