It would be interesting if one of these dudes was, for examples sake, in a band that signed a multi-album deal with a label and the reason for the band not being on the labels mentioned is because they broke up prior to the completion of that contract.

Then there could definitely be legal repercussions to them if they were to record music for any of these other so-called bands. That, of course, depends on the terms of the contract they had previously signed.

Well put. The whole thing seems weird and literally every scene is flooded these days worldwide, so I don't think we need to try to give people who probably wouldn't release music without that site the ability to flood it even more.
