So, I've been a fan of The Used from the very beginning and for me, they can do no wrong. "Gross-pop" sounds interesting. Rivers producing? Even more interesting, considering, I don't know any journalist who has put Weezer and The Used within the same genre/category. I'm really looking forward to this album, mostly because of what Quinn said about the lyrics.

Consider me stoked.

A new sound...again? Their last record was suposed to be so much "more" for them...

Rivers has always liked awful music. In an old Guitar World interview he said, and this is paraphrased, "if i were a kid i would think Weezer were a bunch of ****". He went on to talk about the merits of system of a down. ouch.

Still, I doubt I'll give it a listen.
