It is WAY too sad to see how labels are ripping apart amazing bands because they are just fucking stupid. These musicians without college degrees figured out a solution to the problems, but the heads of these companies are too incompetent to do the same? It's a tragedy honestly.

Fuck Virgin, seriously. Everyone who I play Island for, TSL/pop-punk fan or not, wants to know how they missed it on the radio. The label really dropped the ball for these guys.

I'm not exactly late on the Starting Line bandwagon- Say It Like You Mean It was the first CD I bought in 9th grade and was what I consider my first "real" music CD, but I kind of lost track of them after BOATS. But now watching all of this, I started listening to Direction and it's just an amazing CD. I don't know how much they value the stuff they put out on BOATS, but every single album and EP they've ever put out has been superb and they never really had a flop to the fans.

Oh and $400,000 a CD? Holy shit. "Photography" alone is worth that. Such an amazing song.
