UTG Interview: Edgar Wright, Simon Pegg, & Nick...

Posted by: Drew Beringer (08/22/13)
This past July, Under The Gun took part in a press roundtable event with director Edgar Wright and actors Simon Pegg and Nick Frost about the trio's new movie, The World's End, which hits theaters tomorrow.
We like putting things into the film that are like omens. It’s like chapters in a book, and that’s the name of this chapter. There is a lot of that put into the movie as a way of being able to later look at the signs and say ‘Oh I see why this is called ‘The Famous Cock,’ or why this one is ‘The Good Companion.’

It'll be good. Love the other two in the trilogy.

Would also have been awesome to see Pegg in a marvel movie in some way.

Saw this in NZ last month. Defiantly the most serious of the three, but IMO the best.

Saw it tonight. Unfortunately was surrounded by scumbags who were extremely rude during the movie and ruined my experience. I will have to see it again under different circumstances.

I still think Hot Fuzz is head and shoulders above the other two. It's a bloody good movie though.
