No One Practices Concert Etiquette Anymore, Huh?

Allegedly, Fiona Apple is the latest performer to storm off a stage due to a rude audience.

Never heard of this person but if it's so predictable why did she do the show? If you've sold yourself enough to actually play a brands 'event' in the first place just suck it up and take the money.

it was a Lous Vitton party, not one of her concerts. She's not going to be the center of attention, yeah it sucks but it comes with the territory of this type of performance. Get over yourself.

If it had been one of her own shows... then maybe a different story.

Regardless of how much they're being paid or not paid, there is a certain amount of respect that should come with being the artist performing at an event. It's like people who work retail and get treated like shit, and people say they should just be happy to be there making money? Nah. Everyone deserves some common courtesy and respect for the job that they're doing, whether it's cashier at McDonald's, or performing for a Louis Vitton party.

Agreed 100%. Fiona has been a shining example how musicians should feel about their work for a very long time and in my eyes is an artist who may be above doing something like be background music for a fashion show.
