SBRUBand: The Runaway Lives

Genre: Alternative/Pop-Punk
Sounds like: Cartel, All Time Low, Fall Out Boy

The Runaway Lives started in the summer of 2012. They hit the ground running and immediately started recording singles and played non-stop shows to make their presence known in the Las Vegas music scene. In April of 2013 they recorded their debut Ep "Pillow Talk". The Ep was recorded and produced by Jesse Barrera (formerly of My American Heart) and even starred guest vocals from Larry Soliman, the former front man of My American Heart. The Ep received a lot of positive feedback.

They recently announced that they will be heading back to the studio at the beginning of the year to record and co-write their second record with Jesse Barrera. The group started an IndieGogo campaign for the record. Below is the link for their campaign.

Band: Death of Paris
Release: GOSSIP

Death of Paris, led by the charismatic and sultry voice of Jayna Doyle, is an Electro-Pop/Rock band from Columbia, SC influenced by modern and 90s pop, heavy synths and tight, dance-friendly rhythms. Their music is propulsive and elastic, with bubbly pop melodies, lush electronic beds of sound and intelligent, intimate lyrics, creating an instantly memorable sound that calls to mind Gwen Stefani or Paramore’s Hayley Williams fronting a band like The Killers or Muse.

"GOSSIP" reflects a year and a half of writing collectively as a band for the first time, and also of the band's loyal fans who helped spread the word about an album they helped fund. "GOSSIP" plays on the grey area between perception and reality, how one of the oldest and most common means of sharing facts, views and slanders can often shape the idea before the reality of it has even been experienced. Within these songs, we hope that you can be reminded of your own real experiences, as each track serves as a snapshot of our own.

GOSSIP was produced, recorded and mixed by Zack Odom and Kenneth Mount (Mayday Parade, We Are the In Crowd, Cartel, Set It Off)

Most Recent Release: Portraits - Ep

Genre: Indie/Punk/Acoustic
Sounds like: Say Anything, Allison Weiss, Fireworks

Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/TreasonThis
Bandcamp: http://treasonthis.bandcamp.com

Treason This is a Wisconsin based Indie/Punk duo, they just released their new Ep titled Portraits. This Ep is their first studio effort, and they are incredibly excited to be able to bring their lyric heavy acoustic music to a more polished setting. These 5 tracks all speak towards relationships, with an overall message that:

"Not every relationship is forever.
Friends come and go,
Love runs out,
Feelings are simply a moving force,
And a connection can be nothing more than a fleeting thing."

Portraits is available now via their BandCamp page, as well as their first ep which is available for free download.

Death of Paris sounds like should include Tay Jardine. So far it's pretty rad though.
