I read a book that suggests it's actually 66 days.
The example they used was something simple, like drinking a glass of water every day after you eat dinner.
They suggested that something as autonomous as that, would take around 66 days to form the habit. Something abit more difficult (quitting smoking, eating healthy, or working out) actually takes longer than 66 days.
