A few minutes into our latest episode of the AbsolutePunk Podcast I ask -- "who can I blame for that Transit album?" -- and so begins the discussion with Jesse Cannon (he's probably had something to do with at least one album you like) about production, mastering, mixing, recording, DIY, punk, and how the music scene exists today and might in the future. I really like how this episode came out -- it's more of a back-and-forth discussion with Zack, Jesse, and myself about a variety of topics. You can stream or download it in the replies, and after listening hit me up here or on Twitter if you have thoughts to share about any of the topics.

Cool interview, but i think its important to point out that Macklemore isnt exactly his own label. He for sure really forged his own path and got everything going, but he also had a major working his record at radio. http://www.npr.org/blogs/money/2013/...-to-number-one
Probably my favorite podcast of your guys so far besides maybe the one with Buddy. I really like the juxtaposition you had going on with Jason and Jesse sort of reminiscing on older days of the scene, with Zack kinda representing the younger generation.
