Bane Enter StudioLongtime Equal Vision Records' band Bane has entered Getaway Studios in Wakefield, MA, to begin recording for their fourth - and final - full-length album, Don't Wait Up. The new album is being recorded with producer Jay Maas (Defeater, Bane).
Since their inception in 1995, Bane has toured all across the world countless times and has released three full-length albums: 1999's It All Comes Down To This, 2001's Give Blood, and 2005's The Note, in addition to several 7", EP and compilation releases.
"We are so excited to finally hit the studio to record what will be our final record," shares Bane guitarist Aaron Dalbec. "Fans can expect a record that spans the sounds and emotions of nearly 20 years of being a band."
Regular updates on the band's recording process will be posted on Bane's official social sites: Facebook.com/BaneCentral, instagram.com/BaneCentral and Twitter.com/BaneCentral.

It's like Meow-Schwitz in here.
Jesus, I was 15 when The Note came out. Seems like it wasn't that long ago.

Great news. Their last EPs were really good so I'm anticipating this album to deliver as well.

Excited for this. Saw them a few weeks ago and they were solid. Wonder if they're going to call it quits or just not record full-lengths anymore.

I had a sudden urge to listen to The Note earlier today. Weird.
For such a frequently touring band, it's crazy that it's been almost nine years since they've toured off an actual LP.
