It was weird turning on the TV last night and seeing Motley Crue on Larry King. I eventually had to change the channel due to the awkwardness. I don't get why they are newsworthy again.

It's because of major label promoting. Atreyu is on hollywood records so it was only a matter of time before they were on mtv.

and yes, avenged sevenfold was on trl.

Ya, I understand that this is a promotion act.

How high did Avenged make it on the countdown? So maybe this won't be so weird. I just never took the MTV crowd to be rockers.
