I haven't thought about this band in forever. S.O.S. used to be my jam a long, long time ago. I'll definitely give the new album a spin.

God, I used to love this band. Duck and Cover was always in heavy rotation.

I'll have to check this out.

I thought about submitting this last week after I saw them at the El Rey.. but decided against it, as I couldn't remember AP ever posting anything about them, anyway. Chuck said that that gig was actually meant to serve as their record release party.. but life had a way of knocking them off schedule, and that it'd be out at the end of April.

I actually used to post about this band pretty frequently, but that was a while back.

It could also be that they have several years between records-- so it may have flushed itself from my memory.

Keep It Going is such an awesome record and I hope this ends up being just as good! Such a great live band but they haven't hit the southeast since early 2007! They need to come back!

Duck and Cover is amazing, but I think they really stepped it up with Just One More and Keep It Going.

That being said, The Gentleman is like the greatest song in the world! They used to open with that song, such a killer opener

Just One More is so so so damn good. So are all the other records mentioned above.

Damn, I'm excited for this one.

Plus new Strung Out - cheers for the heads up.
