Rescuer To Release New Album "Anxiety...

Posted by: Ryan Gardner (04/03/14)
Rescuer will release their sophomore album, Anxiety Answering, on June 3rd via No Sleep Records. It was recorded with Jack Shirley (Deafheaven, Joyce Manor). Check out a new song called "Out of Focus" on Brooklyn Vegan, featuring Andy from Frameworks and Madeline Nicholl. If you like what you hear, you can pre-order it.
“Out of Focus” is about growing apart from the people that you grew up with,” Marra adds. “My favorite thing about this song is that our friends Andy (of Frameworks) and Madeline Nicholl drove down from their wedding in Seattle and recorded some vocal parts on this song. It's like our weird wedding gift to them.”

I can see why you say that. the illustration is nice, just the info at the bottom is a little cluttered and disorganized. but I dunno, it's passable? heh

to the point, i dig the song. couldn't really get into them before and the intro to the song was a little ehh (the writer noted they played into "the wave"), but it got better as it went along. excited to hear a few more tracks!

The bottom just destroyes what could have been a nice illustration. It's just a bummer
