If you can go to their current headlining tour, DO IT. I cannot emphasize this enough. Saw them in Atlanta and it was easily the best concert I've ever been to.

I've been listening to Twenty One Pilots now for the last three years or so and have seen them live in every single setting. I've seen them play in front of 100 people in a basement club and I've seen them sell out their home show in Columbus in front of 5,000 people and they are BEYOND PHENOMENAL live. A lot of people can rip on their music style (which I find to be pretty good) but they put on a show that is extremely admirable, energetic and fresh. They are very creative in their live show.

MTV did them a pretty big disservice last night by only allowing them 3 minutes for a nearly 5 minute song. To me their performance last night seemed a bit forced.

But yeah, if you get the chance to see them live...do it. I've seen them 5 or 6 times now.

So let me try to understand this...

In the news post that specifically says "they performed at the awards last night," you are saying... the post is a day late... because the awards were last night.

I agree, they are incredible live.

I'm not entirely sure you can blame MTV though. Im going to guess they got given 3 minutes and it was them/label etc that chose to do a radio edit style version of the song. Or they could have chose to do a song like house of gold which is just about 3 mins. Who knows though.

The original post said "Twenty One Pilots will be performing at the MTV Movie Awards tonight" and was posted Monday at like 3:25 p.m.

So at the time, my post made sense. It was obviously edited.

Good for them getting to play in front of a national audience. I loved the performance. Can't wait to see them on their tour this month.
