Huge venues for a band that hasn't had a hit single in a few years and not a very well known opener (no dis to YTG, but it's fact).

I looked at tickets and the cheapest for most venues are $45... These will be on Groupon for $20 very soon

Funny that the location from the whole Birdgate thing is their first stop.

As a fellow St. Louisan, I thought this as well. Haha.

Not a well knows opener? I'd say Young the Giant is a pretty known opener. Sell out 3000 person venues

Also, Kings of Leon's new album is doing fairly well. They've been on nothing but arena tours on this album cycle from what I know and Temple is all over the radio. I'm not even a Kings of Leon fan but they are a pretty big band.

This tour probably won't be on high demand or anything, but I'm sure half filled arenas are still economically viable when you are an alt rock band who doesn't need a ridiculously fancy live show.

Glad that YTG can play some bigger venues! I hope they gain a ton of fans from this tour.

This is going to be one of the best rock tours of the year. Mechanical Bull was a phenomenal release for KOL. Not to mention YTG put out a solid record this year. And both are really great live acts. I'm looking forward to spending a lot of money on this for my birthday present to me
