He's saying that pressing
a 3D-printed disc is the same as pressing a disc produced normally, and it isn't very impressive to know that the vinyl was shaped into a flat circle with a 3D printer instead of a mold.
But I think the idea here is that the full product, grooves and all, was printed in one go. No actual "pressing" going on... right?
