As a huge fan of his, It's a pretty good song but he's starting to really get the old man voice.

I thought he sounded fine but the song was just not good.

Really enjoyed it. I feel like they could have debuted this as a faux new band single with slightly punched up production, and made a huge stunt of this as a fresh rock act. It's better than most, as Petty has always been. Fight 'til I get it... right.

The negative reactions are astounding. This is classic Petty and The Heartbreakers sound. His voice has changed, but it's certainly not bad at all. Give the guy a break you'll all be old too one day.

This is the promo he did a few weeks ago. 'Plan B' was one of the clips, along with a bunch of others. The album will be unlike anything he's done before. He talked about making a 60's rock album and it sounds like he nailed it.

this is great, not sure why there is any negativity unless it's just people who never dug tom petty...

On first listen I thought the riff during the verse was kind of cheesy, but man... I love the chorus in this song. Not bad.
